If you have goals, I’m here to help you achieve them. My degree in Sports Physiotherapy also allows me to take on the role of a strength and conditioning coach.
I currently train several athletes, some of whom compete at the international level.

Preparation, Recovery, and Prevention

Together, we create a progressive and realistic plan to ensure you are in top form on race day. The plan takes into account your schedule, constraints, and injury history.

Targeted strengthening to improve power, stability, and resilience in at-risk areas (knee, hip, ankle, core). Progressive, safe exercises that are transferable to your sport.

Sport-Specific Training
Technical and conditioning exercises that replicate the demands of your sport (running, cycling, team sports, etc.): gait, cadence, movement patterns, pedaling power, and more.

In-Clinic Sessions
Optional supervised sessions in the clinic: technique coaching, monitoring training load, functional testing, and regular assessments to adjust your program.

Recovery & Care
Targeted massages, compression boots, manual therapy: a full set of tools to accelerate recovery, reduce pain, and optimize recovery between sessions.

Injury Prevention
Maintenance programs (mobility, strength, motor control) and load management strategies to reduce the risk of recurrence and prolong athletic careers.

Injury Prevention and Risk Reduction
Minimize the risk of injuries in your sports practice or daily life with targeted prevention programs.
At specific times of the year, I offer group sessions on specialized topics:
- Skiing

- Football, Basketball
- Back care and mobility routines
Pricing: 200 CHF for 10 one-hour sessions.
